LMT, OWNER

I started dreaming about Relief Bodyworks when I was a massage student, almost a decade ago! I was
driven to create my own business where I could give people access to affordable, quality, custom
massage therapy. I am so excited to have realized that dream and see it come to life. I have a beautiful
space, with well trained, beautiful souls on my team and amazing clients that truly value our work. I am
very grateful!

I have over 1000 education hours in massage therapy but I rely mostly on my intuition to deliver the
most productive sessions with my clients. Sometimes we need to relieve more mental and emotional
stress. Sometimes, we have very specific physical restrictions that we need to overcome and treat.
Sometimes it’s a combination of the two, but they are all important to address within our scope of
practice with the tools that we have been taught and continue to learn.

I have been trained in many modalities in massage therapy and I utilize and integrate many of them in
my work everyday. I truly view each session as an opportunity to perform a healing art, and as any
other art form, there is no duplication. Each session is unique and specifically made for you.
I look forward to seeing you in the studio very soon!

AMANDA

I found my true purpose and passion for helping people when I found massage therapy! Since graduating from Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2008, my style of massage has evolved into a gentle, yet deep intuitive touch. I have honed my “hand listening” skills to the very deepest level of structure tissues, so much so that I truly see with my hands.

During your massage you can expect a gentle, yet firm, warm up of your tissue through a mixture of stretching, Swedish and Esalen to allow for a deeper pressure at the heart of your issues. In addition to my deep pressure bodywork, I am also certified in Craniosacral I and II. This type of tissue release is done with only 5 grams of pressure. I enjoy both types of bodywork and may integrate both in one session depending on your body. Hope to see you soon in the studio!

When I was a sophomore in high school, I took an Anatomy & Physiology class, and have been fascinated with the human body ever since. My early focus and training was in sports medicine, and emergency medical care, however my interest turned to passion once I found massage and body work.

During my education at Wellspring School of Allied Health, I was trained in variety of Western and Eastern modalities. Depending on the goals of the session, I enjoy integrating many of these techniques into custom tailored therapeutic massages.

Whether looking for a relaxing escape, or have specific goals towards relief, I approach each massage with caring, and healing intent. I truly love what I do and look forward to helping you achieve and maintain a healthy and balanced body!

COURTNEY

I graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2016. My style integrates training in several Western and Eastern modalities including Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial and connective tissue release and Shiatsu. I believe we all have the innate capability to heal and I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind.

Through compassionate and careful listening I address physical and energetic issues, gently ushering your body towards its own natural healing abilities. I strive to make each session on the table meaningful for your life that day, guiding your body toward peace, balance and relaxation. Look forward to seeing you in the studio soon!

My journey to Massage Therapy has been nothing short of amazing. After studying Reiki (Energy work), I felt called to learn more. I knew I wanted to help other people feel like their best, most empowered selves within a safe space. This sparked my desire to enroll in Massage Therapy School. Since then, I haven’t looked back, and it’s been the best decision!

In addition to completing Reiki I & II, I graduated with a degree in Massage Therapy from Wellspring School of Allied Health here in KC in 2022. I was trained in eastern and western modalities including traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Reiki and Cupping.

My goal is to provide a safe and relaxing space so that you can receive the bodywork and let go of the stress and tension stored throughout the body. Together, we will work to restore balance and relief in your mind, body, and soul. Ultimately, I want you to leave my table feeling like your best self! I am grateful to have found my passion and to be apart of the team here at Relief Bodyworks ! I hope to meet you soon!

ADELAINE

When I became pregnant with my first child, I did a lot of soul-searching to find where my passions were and what I could contribute. Massage has always been my way of connecting with and comforting my family, and I felt a call to pursue it further. During my schooling at Wellspring School of Allied Health, I fell in love with exploring the ways the body, soul, and mind are intertwined. I have a passion for modalities like neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, and trigger point, used in combination with esalen, stretching, and myofascial release to untangle all the interconnected tissues and help restore balance to the body.

I cherish each client and the opportunity to help with relaxing, healing, and getting to the root of any issues that might be present. During a session, I will meet you and your body where they’re at in that moment and use my intuition and experience to provide the most beneficial and alleviating massage for you. Healing is a journey. I look forward to seeing you in the studio to assist you!
