What does MLD feel like?+
MLD typically uses very light, rhythmic pressure. It should not feel like deep-tissue massage.
Do I need medical clearance?+
You may. Recent surgery, active illness and certain medical conditions can require clearance. Share relevant information through Vagaro and ask your healthcare provider when appropriate.
Is MLD medical treatment?+
No. Relief Bodyworks provides massage therapy within the therapist’s scope of practice and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
